<p>Use AM and PM. After cleansing and applying skincare, remove the Cryo Roller from the fridge or freezer (wait 5 minutes). Using the large roller, start at the center of the face and roll outwards and upwards with long strokes. Repeat motion on the forehead and chin areas. Use the smaller roller for delicate areas like temples, under and over eyes, between brows, and on sides of the nose. <br><br><strong>Care Instruction: </strong>Rinse with water and towel dry after each use. Store in fridge or freezer between uses. If storing in the freezer, wait 5 minutes before use.</p>

Soft, adjustable, and protective of your hairline. This headband is very good at preventing your cleanser from getting into your hairline. Protects your edges during your morning and evening facial routine. I keep one in my travel bag as well as my bathroom vanity.
