RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All return requests must be submitted through your customer account.

All return requests are reviewed by our Customer Experience team and approved on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Only items purchased on SKINN.com can be returned. We do not accept items purchased from third-party retailers or network partners. Items must be returned to the original point of purchase. We do not process exchanges at this time.
For a full refund of the product purchase price, your order must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
A $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

NOTE: Please ensure your return request is approved before sending your item back. Your return package should include your order number and full name. Please also monitor the shipment to confirm when it has been delivered to our warehouse.
Once received, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Approved damaged or incorrect items may be exempt from the return shipping fee.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the $5.99 return shipping fee within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
