SKINN is committed to providing lab fresh formulations backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. While we hope you are always satisfied, we realize at times you may need to return an item.

RETURN PROCESS

30 Days from Purchase Date

Only items purchased on SKINN.com can be returned. We do not accept items purchased from third-party retailers or network partners. Items must be returned to the original point-of-purchase. We do not process exchanges at this time.

  1. Request a Return Form by emailing customerexperience@ce.skinn.com.
  2. Upon receiving shipping label, pack all items + Return Form within original or similar packaging.
  3. Remove all previous shipping labels and information.

Once received, allow up to 10 business days to process. Refunds will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.
