As SKINN’s Beauty Editor, I am privy to the latest innovations and insight that both our lab and industry offer. With this knowledge, I am constantly attempting to relay as much skincare and beauty education with you all, and also consequently evolving my beauty routine. For me, healthy skin is not perfect skin. But, understanding your unique skincare goals is the key to helping you curate the best routine for you. With new product launches, revolutionary developments, and ingredient stories, somehow, I have been able to maintain a few constants that I believe are universally essential for an elevated beauty routine. The following represent the mainstay in my glam bag.
A Proactive Treatment Step
Those that know me, know that I started my beauty career as a Beauty Consultant at Sephora and since those humble beginnings I have been urging everyone I meet, interact with and care about to incorporate an anti-aging step in their routine. This can look like a multitude of products and active ingredients because, in today’s skincare world, we now know that several solutions can promote better, ageless skin. Yet, the important takeaway here is that this should be a step that proactively works to treat your skin. For me, this treatment should both protect and maintain skin so a highly concentrated serum is my go-to. I have not come across a better proactive skin rejuvenator than the Deep Wrinkle Protocol Age Reset Serum Intensive. All Day Lip Love
I’d like to think that having supple lips is something we all strive for; men and women alike and so lip care is an essential part of our skincare routine. Eyes on the Prize
Lifted lashes can give any look more life so the one makeup product I cannot go without is my mascara.
